I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel on the main street. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the airport. They provided excellent service and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. At night even when i m a guest i m not allowed to sit in the lobby!!!! Their security staff are not friendly at all, beside if u which to bring a lady guest up to ur room it is not allowed even with extra fees

I had a fantastic time during my stay here! This place is located on a main street and is near to the airport, which made traveling a breeze. The service from the well-trained staff was top-notch, especially the Indian receptionist who truly went above and beyond. The amenities in the room were great, including the soundproofed walls that made for a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the free welcome drink upon arrival. The leisure facilities, like the spa centre with its treatment rooms and the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, were definitely highlights for me. And the entertainment here was top-notch, with live shows and a night club.
Families traveling with children would definitely enjoy this venue, and I would highly recommend it to families looking for a great vacation.

Very expensive charges for internet access. when I tried to access my email from the lobby, a bouncer told me that it is the hotel policy not to allow anyone to stay in the lobby after 11:00 pm.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the location, cleanliness, and staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Deira city center, making it easy to get around. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for our stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our time here. The location is very conveniet to move around the town. The hotel staff in general are good and try to accomodate thetraveller with their requests.
The hotel food and Cafe were in very undesirable condition. The food was expensive and not served properly. The coffe and tea was served cold and the food was stale and old. I will not answer your next question because there is no other choice except yes or no. My answer would be "may be".
